The brain needs nutrients to function.
Not in a vague, “eat healthy” way.
In a very real, physiological sense.
Things like:

There’s a lot of focus on the experience itself.
What it feels like.
What happens during it.
What people see, process, or move through.
But what’s less talked about—and in my opinion, far more important—is what happens after.
Not in a vague, “integration is important” kind of way.
But in a very real, biological, day-to-day sense.
