Facilitators
Soma Terra is led by a small, intentionally curated team.
Each facilitator brings a distinct background and approach, while working within a shared framework of safety, presence, and non-directive support.
Non-Directive, Client-Led
We do not guide or direct the experience itself.
Each session is held in a supportive, non-directive way, allowing your process to unfold naturally and at your own pace.
 Integration-Focused Care
The experience is only one part of the process.
We place equal emphasis on preparation and integration—supporting what comes before and after, where meaningful change takes shape.
Whole-System Support
We work beyond insight alone—supporting the body, mind, and spirit through integration, lifestyle, and foundational health.
This approach can support more stable, lasting change over time.
Jen Bruce
Founder & Lead Facilitator
Jen is the founder of Soma Terra and a facilitator with over a decade of experience in psychedelic work, integration, and holistic health.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that meaningful change is not created through insight alone, but through the conditions that support it over time.
Drawing from work with over 600 clients worldwide, she integrates preparation, psilocybin facilitation, and post-experience support through a whole-system lens—incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, and nervous system health.
Jen has supported individuals across a wide range of life circumstances—from those in the early stages of recovery and navigating significant challenges, to high-performing professionals, creatives, and leaders seeking deeper, more sustained change.
Her background includes supporting individuals working through patterns related to stress & trauma, mental health, addiction, chronin illness and major life transitions, with an emphasis on creating grounded, lasting transformation.
Jen has experience serving as an instructor within a leading professional training program in the psychedelic space, along with extensive training in psychedelic facilitation and integration work. She also holds extensive certifications in addiction & recovery, integrative health, functional nutrition, herbalism, and yoga—informing her whole-system, trauma-informed approach to preparation, and integration.

“The experience itself was powerful, but what stood out most was what came after. I felt like I had real guidance on how to work with it—not just reflect on it.”
