What Makes Soma Terra Different is Our Upleveled
 Approach to Integration
Psilocybin experiences can create a window where patterns feel more flexible.
Not permanently—but enough to begin working with something new.
How that change takes shape depends on what supports it.
At Soma Terra, integration is approached through three interconnected layers—
body, mind, and spirit.
Body
Supporting the biological foundation through nutrition, lifestyle, and nervous system health.
The body and brain require the raw materials needed for healing, balance, and resilience—mentally, physically, and even in how we process deeper experiences.
Nutrient status, gut health, toxic load, and overall physiology all play a meaningful role in mood, energy, recovery and the ability to sustain positive change over time.
The deeper work of integration also requires energy.
In the same way the body must be supported for something physically demanding, inner work asks something of the system as well.
We offer optional trauma-informed nutrition and therapuetic lifestyle guidance to support the integration process following the experience—helping create the conditions for more stable, lasting change.Â
BOOK A FREECONSULTATIONMind
Working with patterns, behaviors, and the ways stress and lived experience shape daily life.
The mind reflects patterns that have been reinforced over time—through stress, environment, and repeated ways of responding.
Psilocybin experiences can create a period of increased flexibility—often described as neuroplasticity—where the mind may be more open to change.
But openness alone doesn’t determine the outcome.
Without structure and support, it’s easy for familiar patterns to return—or for unhelpful ones to be reinforced.
Not because the experience wasn’t meaningful, but because nothing around it changed.
Integration is the process of working with that window more intentionally.
Taking insight and beginning to apply it—through awareness, behavior, and daily life—so that new patterns have the opportunity to take hold over time.
The goal is not to control or override the mind, but to create more flexibility, awareness, and choice in how you relate to your thoughts, behaviors, and environment.Â
BOOK A FREECONSULTATIONSpirit
Exploring meaning, perspective, and the deeper questions that may arise through this work.
Psilocybin experiences can open a sense of connection, insight, or reflection that goes beyond the day-to-day.
For some, this may feel creative or expansive. For others, it may bring up questions around purpose, direction, or how they relate to themselves and the world around them.
Without space to explore these elements, it can be difficult to make sense of what emerged—or to integrate it in a way that feels grounded and supportive.
This aspect of integration provides a place to reflect on those experiences with care and context.
Not to define meaning for you, but to support your own understanding as it unfolds.
Integration may include spiritual care and guidance from experienced practitioners, offering a grounded and respectful approach to this aspect of the work.
